Horizontal ultrafine pulverizer

After entering the machine body from the bottom of the machine body, the material is quickly dispersed by the hammer head on the rotor, scattered around the crushing chamber, and enters the crushing area consisting of a rotary rotor and a lining plate. As the rotor rotates at high speed, a large number of air vortices are generated. Under the dual action of air vortices and centrifugal force, the materials collide with each other and shear, grind and collide between the rotor and stator, so as to realize the ultra-fine crushing of the materials. The crushed material enters the classification area under the drive of the main air flow, and the qualified powder is discharged out of the machine with the air flow through the classification rotor and is collected by the collection device. Under the action of centrifugal force, the unqualified coarse powder is beaten back to the cylinder wall by the rotor blades and returned to the crushing area for further crushing.
