Superfine pulverizer can be divided into dry crushing and wet crushing. According to the different principles of crushing force generated in the crushing process, dry crushing has air flow, high frequency vibration, rotary ball (bar) grinding, hammer and self-grinding, etc. Wet crushing is mainly accomplished by colloid mill and homogenizer.

Analysis and elimination of common faults of ultrafine pulverizer:
1. Feed inlet backspray: Improper adjustment of the air inlet, blocked transportation pipeline, blocked screen hole, too short powder bag or poor air permeability, and severe wear of hammer blade edge surface will cause feed inlet backspray. When this phenomenon occurs, the reasons should be first identified, and then targeted measures to eliminate, or adjust the throttle to clear the blockage, or replace the powder bag, increase air permeability, or replace the hammer.
2, bearing overheating: when the bearing lubrication is poor, damage or spindle bending, rotor serious imbalance, too tight belt will make the bearing overheating. The bearing can be restored to its normal state by adding and changing lubricating oil, changing bearing and spindle, balancing rotor and adjusting belt tightness, etc.
3, the crushing machine strong vibration: the following reasons may cause the crushing machine strong vibration:
The hammer blade is installed and arranged incorrectly;
(2) The weight deviation of the corresponding two groups of hammers is too large;
Bearing damage or spindle bending;
The bottom foot connection screw is loose. If the hammer blade is not arranged correctly, it should be rearranged according to the instruction. If the weight deviation of the corresponding two groups of hammers is too large, the weight should be balanced so that the weight difference does not exceed 5 grams. If the bearing is damaged or the spindle is bent, it should be replaced in time. If the foot connection screw is loose, tighten it.
4, the crusher has abnormal sound: the parts of the crusher damage, fall off, or there is a stone, iron and other hard things into the machine, that is abnormal sound, should stop immediately to check, replace the damaged parts or take out the hard things.
5. Low production efficiency: The main reasons for low production efficiency are insufficient power of the motor, improper preparation of the belt pulley, slipping of the belt, severe wear of the hammer blade, uneven feeding or excessively high water content of the raw material. In case of the above situation, corresponding measures can be taken to solve it, or the motor or pulley can be replaced to improve the speed, but not exceed the rated working speed; Or adjust the belt tightness, or replace the belt, or replace the hammer. During operation, feeding should be uniform, a small amount of fast addition, keep continuous and uniform; Over wet raw materials, should be dried and then crushed processing.
